Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership model where you pay your practice directly instead of billing insurance for primary care visits. That removes the paperwork and the volume targets, which means longer visits, direct access to your provider, and transparent pricing.

Yes. As of January, you can use your HSA to pay for DPC up to $150/month, and your DPC costs now count toward your deductible if you are on a high-deductible health plan.
An individual membership is $105 per month. Couples, families, and business memberships are priced per household or company — see the full list on our pricing page. Annual memberships save 5%.
There is a one-time registration fee of $75 per person, with a $200 family maximum. The registration fee is waived for business members. Re-enrollment requires a $100 fee and is subject to the waitlist.
No. You’re never locked into a contract — cancel anytime if your needs change. The annual membership discount is non-refundable once services are rendered.
ACH payments are recommended to minimize extra fees. Credit card transactions may incur additional charges; business credit and debit card payments carry a 3.5% administrative and technology fee, which is waived for ACH.

Memberships involving controlled substances carry a supplemental monthly fee.
